This disclosure is presented at checkout, together with the renewal price and billing interval for your subscription, before you consent to the automatically renewing charge. It summarizes Section 9 of the Agent Terms of Service, which governs.
- Your subscription renews automatically. At the end of each billing period, your subscription renews for another period of the same length, at the renewal price and interval shown at checkout, until you cancel.
- Your payment method is charged at each renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details never touch Casewave's systems.
- You can cancel online, at any time. Go to Settings → Billing in the app, which opens your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. You do not have to call anyone to cancel.
- Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change, by email and in the app, before it applies to your renewal.
Consent to automatic renewal is a separate, affirmative step: the checkbox is never pre-checked, and declining it only means you cannot start the paid subscription.
