Casewave
BOOK OF BUSINESS

Every policy you've written,
in one place.

Most agents' books live in a spreadsheet that's six months stale, plus whatever they can remember. You can't service what you can't see.

Import what you have. Casey sorts it out, builds your book, and tells you who needs attention this week.

IMPORT

Getting your book in

However your data currently looks.

  1. 01

    Upload what you have

A CSV, an export from your current system, or the spreadsheet you've been keeping. It doesn't need to be clean.

  2. 02

    Casey sorts it

Casey reads the file and maps your columns to the right fields. You don't conform to a template. The template conforms to you.

  3. 03

    Your book appears

Clients, policies, carriers, face amounts, issue dates, and anniversaries, organized and searchable in minutes.

  4. 04

    Invite your clients

Send your book an invite to the Casewave app so they can reach their policies and start requests themselves.

  5. 05

    Keep it current

Wrote new business? Add the rows and re-upload. Casey compares it against what's already there and updates only what changed.

THE VIEW

What your book tells you

The numbers you'd otherwise be rebuilding in a spreadsheet every quarter.

THE BOOK

In force, at a glance

Every policy you've placed, sorted so you always know who to reach out to next, with face amounts, issue dates, policy numbers, and carriers on one screen instead of nine carrier logins.

  • In-force policies across every carrier you write
  • Total face amount and policy count for the whole book
  • Searchable and filterable by client, carrier, or policy type

WHAT'S COMING UP

Casey tells you who needs you

Anniversaries and renewals show on your dashboard, and Casey raises them in your daily and monthly tasks, so a renewal date isn't something you find out about after it passes.

  • Anniversaries and renewals on the dashboard
  • Casey surfaces them in your daily and monthly tasks
  • See what's coming in the next 30 days without looking for it

WHAT YOU'RE OWED

Your own commission estimates, totaled

Casewave doesn't pull commission statements from carriers. You enter what you expect to earn on each policy, and your book totals it, so the number on your dashboard is yours, not a guess we made for you.

  • Enter your own estimate per policy
  • Book-wide annual total on your dashboard
  • No carrier statement reconciliation, just your estimate

QUESTIONS

Common questions

What agents ask before handing over a spreadsheet.

What does my CSV need to have in it?

Enough to identify the client and the policy. At minimum that means name, contact information, date of birth, policy number, and carrier. Casey handles the rest of the mapping.

What if my file is a mess?

That's the normal case. Casey reads whatever column names you have and maps them to the right fields, so you don't have to reformat anything to match a template first.

How do I add new business?

Add the rows to your file and upload it again. Casey compares the new file against your existing book and updates what changed instead of creating duplicates.

Does Casewave track my actual commissions?

No. Casewave doesn't connect to carrier commission statements. The commission figures in your book are estimates you enter yourself, so you can see roughly what your book is worth annually.

Can I import a book from another system?

Yes, as long as you can export it to a CSV. Exports from agency management systems and other CRMs work the same as a spreadsheet.

What happens to my clients after import?

They're on your book, and you can invite them into the Casewave app to reach their policies and submit requests. See the client portal
