Casewave
SERVICING

From client ask
to carrier submission.

A client asks for a change. Casey figures out what's needed, collects it, fills the right carrier form, and hands you a finished packet to review.

You approve. Casewave submits, tracks, and logs it. Nothing sits in your inbox waiting on you to remember it.

THE LIFECYCLE

How a request moves

The same five steps, every time, whether it's a beneficiary change or a bank update.

  1. 01

    Client asks

The request comes in through the client portal, or you start it yourself from their profile.

  2. 02

    Casey collects

Casey identifies the request type and gathers what the carrier will need, such as names, relationships, dates, and allocations, before anything gets filled out.

  3. 03

    Form gets built

The correct form for that carrier and that request type is pre-filled from the client record. No hunting through carrier sites for the current version.

  4. 04

    You review and sign

The completed packet comes to you for approval and e-signature. This is the only step that needs you.

  5. 05

    Submitted and logged

Casewave submits to the carrier and keeps the full thread on the client's record, including every message, document, and status change.

UNDER THE HOOD

Built for the work

Three things that decide whether a request moves on its own or sits waiting on you.

REQUESTS

Every request is its own thread

Open requests don't live in your inbox or your head. Each one is a container with its own status, documents, and conversation, so you can see what's waiting on you, what's waiting on the client, and what's already done.

  • Status at a glance across your whole book
  • Client conversation attached to the request, not scattered
  • Completed requests stay searchable on the client record

QUESTIONS

Common questions

What agents ask before they hand over their book.

Do I need my own DocuSign account?

Yes. Casewave uses a bring-your-own-DocuSign model. You connect the account you already have, and signature requests go out under your own envelope.

Which carriers does Casewave support?

More than 500. During onboarding you select the carriers you typically write through, and Casewave pre-loads their servicing documents and client portal links into your account.

How do I get my book into Casewave?

Import it from a CSV or an export from your current system. Casewave builds your full book of business from the file, with no manual entry.

What happens when a request needs a human?

It comes to you. Casey handles collection, form preparation, and submission, and routes anything that needs your judgment or your signature to your queue.

What do my clients have to do?

Download the Casewave app and sign in with the invite you send them. From there they can submit requests, reach their policy, and book time with you.
