You can let members of the Casewave team work inside your Casewave account on your behalf. This page explains what that means. You agree to it as a separate step when you turn access on in Settings, and you can turn it off at any time. It supplements the Agent Terms of Service, which govern.
- You choose the level. View only lets the team see your account. View and prepare work also lets them update your book, pipeline, carriers, documents and forms. Full also lets them send messages, invitations and documents for signature to your clients in your name, and close requests. The team can never go above the level you choose.
- Every visit is recorded, and you can see it. Each time a team member opens your account they choose a reason and a time limit of at most eight hours. Settings shows who opened your account, when, why, for how long, and how many actions they took. Every action they take is recorded in your account's audit trail as theirs, not yours.
- You can end access at any time. Ending a visit, or turning access off, takes effect immediately. Turning access off ends every open visit.
- What the team will never do. Sign anything as you; accept terms or give consent for you; change your name, contact details, licensing details or notification settings; change your plan, payment method or billing; connect or disconnect your e-signature account; override a validity check on a form; or change this access.
- You remain the licensed agent. Casewave is not an insurance agency, agent of record or licensed insurance producer. Anything the team prepares or sends is done at your direction and under your licence, and you remain responsible for your clients, your book and your regulatory obligations.
- Your clients' information. The team sees your clients' information only while a visit is open, only to do the work you asked for, and under the same confidentiality and security obligations that apply to Casewave's handling of that information everywhere else.
